My package seemed to sit forever with barely any tracking updates, and when I reached out, support wasn’t really able to help much. Maybe other people have had better luck, but my experience was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from overseas again anytime soon

My order showed up fine, but the packaging was just kind of meh. The box had a small dent, and there wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily, nothing was broken, which is good, but I was expecting a little more care with the shipping.

They had a lot to pick from, which was nice. I ended up wandering around longer than I planned, coffee in hand, because there were more options than I expected. That said, I did notice a few things were missing that I was hoping to find, so it wasn’t quite a one-stop trip for me. Still, overall not bad at all

I bought a razor from Fendrihan it just didn’t work well for me. The shave felt rough, it tugged a lot, and my neck ended up red afterward. It also didn’t leave my skin feeling smooth like I expected. Maybe it’s a good fit for other people, but for me it was a definite “nope,” and I probably won’t order shaving stuff from there again.

I had to return something I ordered, and the refund did eventually come through. It just took longer than I thought it would. I reached out to customer service and they did respond, but not exactly quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t anything amazing either.

I ordered during a promo thinking I was getting a solid deal, but the discount wasn’t all that. Then, right after I checked out, I saw a better code pop up, which was super annoying. I reached out to support to see if they could adjust it, but no luck. Shipping was totally fine, but the deal situation was kinda lame tbh...

The razor feels fine to use. Nothing amazing. The finish had a few flaws though. I expected it to look a bit cleaner.

I ordered a shaving brush and soap after reading through the product descriptions, they made everything sound a little nicer than it ended up being. It’s fine, I’m not mad or anything, but the brush felt kind of cheap in person, and the soap scent was way lighter than I expected.
Shipping was okay, so no big issue there. I just wish the site had been clearer about basic stuff like the size and how the brush actually feels. Overall, not the worst purchase, totally fine, but I’m probably not rushing back to order again.
